Remember

Today, 7 Feb 2021, is a special day, for it marks the first anniversary of an unforgettable, or perhaps a potentially easily forgotten experience, which I ought to make every effort to recall and remember.

When the sudden storm came, I didn’t have the bandwidth to process clearly what we were going through. After the storm, other things crept in, and we were all adjusting to changes.

Now that a year has passed, it may be a good time to review and recall some of the details that had happened, and how God provided and sustained us all the way.

I do not know if I can manage a post daily for the next 70 days, but let’s just start with day 0.

⁸ Give praise to the LORD, proclaim his name;
make known among the nations what he has done.
⁹ Sing to him, sing praise to him;
tell of all his wonderful acts.
¹⁰ Glory in his holy name;
let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
¹¹ Look to the LORD and his strength;
seek his face always.

¹² Remember the wonders he has done,
his miracles, and the judgments he pronounced,
¹³ you his servants, the descendants of Israel,
his chosen ones, the children of Jacob.
¹⁴ He is the LORD our God;
his judgments are in all the earth.

¹⁵ He remembers his covenant forever,
the promise he made, for a thousand generations,
¹⁶ the covenant he made with Abraham,
the oath he swore to Isaac.
